SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 24, 1995
Members Present: Driver, Mackey, Richard, Waite
Members Absent: James, Knight, Savage, Stone
Staff Present: Clark, Cox, Dugwyler
Guests Present: Mel Milholland, Fadil Bayyari
The meeting was on site at David Lyle Subdivision and England Place.
David Lyle Subdivision
MOTION:MACKEY/WAITC
The PRAB recommends to the Planning Commission to accept land, approximately 6 99 acres,
for the green space requirement for David Lyle Subdivision. $33 eV -
MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY 4-0 =7.

**The green space requirement for David Lyle is 3.83 acres. Fadil Bayyari will donate the
remainder of the land contingent on him choosing the name for the park..
England Place
The developers will draw the plat again to include a park in the center of the development. A
motion will be made on this subdivision at the next PRAB meeting.
