DISCUSSION:
Clark: Dave Jorgenson said there will be phases
IV in the development in the future.
Kimbrough: I don't think we can get appropriate
this subdivision. The will probably try to give
by the entrance or another poor place.
Clark: Jorgenson said he would work with us to
all four phases.
Kimbrough: Development seems more important than
acquisition of parks in this area. I think the developer
will provide a little green space. I think we need to
concentrate more on development on what we have than
acquisition.
Wright: That is over 48 homes with no close park!
Driver: I feel money for development will be around
forever; however, land cannot be acquired later.
