III. GULLEY PARK CONCERNS: WADE COLWELL
The Annual Cow Paddy Run hosted by the Civitan Club will.
be at Gulley Park on February 22, 1992. The Club hopes
to raise enough money to build a gazebo or another needed
development. Colwell expressed his concerns that Gulley
Park should not be over developed, but preserve the
natural areas. Many people have expressed to him that
they prefer the natural park. There is also lots of
wildlife, such as mice and hawks, and too much
development will drive these away.
IV. LAKE FAYETTEVILLE PARK HWY 265 PROPOSAL: CHARLES DAVIS
MOTION:JENKINS/ANDERSON
The PRAB recommends to table this proposal until Charles
Davis can be present.
MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY 8-0.
V. GREEN SPACE
Clark talked with Dave Jorgenson, engineer for
Foster/Brophy and Park Place, and he recommended that
these two be tabled. Jeanette Miller, and others who
live on Shadowridge Drive, would like for green space to
be established in the Foster/Brophy Subdivision because
it would benefit Shadowridge and other neighborhoods.
