The meeting was called to order by Mark Robertson at 5:00 p.m. in
room 326 of the City Administration Building.

The minutes from. the December 2, 1991 meeting were
approved unanimously 5-0.

The PRAB recommends to table this item until a revised
plat is completed.
MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY 5-0.
PREPARATION FOR CITY BOARD ANNUAL MEETING
BUSINESS:
Clark would like the facility committee to discuss the
proposal by Donald Couch to lease land at Lake Sequoyah.
The public relations committee needs to meet concerning
the promotion commercial for parks.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
