REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 16, 1991
The meeting was called to order by Rodney Ryan at 5:00 p.m. at the
Parks and Recreation: Division office.
Members Present: Steve Alexander, Wade Colwell, David Lashley,
Andy Lucas, Beverly Melton,. Rodney Ryan., Bill
Waite
Staff: Present: Dale. Clark, Connie Edmonston
TREASURER'S REPORT: Balance as of August 9, 1991 - $33,000
Clark: Plans are to raise funds through civicclubs. and
industries to build a large pavilion at Lake Fayetteville
South. Estimated cost is $60,000 to $70.,000. The
pavilion would be scheduled out to groups with the
possibility of charging a fee.
Clark reported on the Capital Improvement Program.
The Board requested that Parks staff obtain the estimated
cost and the City's plans for the funding of Lake
Fayetteville South projects.
