was called to order by Mark Robertson at 5:30
the City Administration Building.

The minutes were approved unanimously 6-0.
II. GULLEY PARK RECREATIONAL CENTER
This will be an item on the April 16, 1991 City Board of
Director's Agenda.
II1. LAKE SEQUOYAH WORK DAY REPORT.
There was a work day on Saturday, April 13, 1991. Boat
Dock C was repaired by experienced. carpenters. The
cleanup was cut short because of rain. Clark proposed to
install a fence across the road to the dam on the west
side of the Lake to prevent the dumping of trash and to
assure permit fees are paid.
IV. SPRING TOUR DATE
The spring Parks tour will be May 6, 1991.
V. OTHER BUSINESS
The Annual City Board Meeting will be planned at a future
meeting. It was suggested by Waselues to present Rodney
Ryan a placque at this meeting for his years of service
as a member of the PRAB.
Jenkins reported on May 17, 1991 at 7 p.m., a placque
will be placed in Walker Park on the concession stand in
honor of the Walker family for their support for the
youth of our community. Baseball season will start April
29, 1991.
Waselues will present television advertisements to the
PRAB at the next meeting.
Pizza Hut adopted Walker Park and Gulley Park. Adopt -A -
Park signs will be erected as soon as possible.

Alexander reported that Kinko's will be planting donated
trees on April 23, 1991 at 3 p.m. at Wilson Park.

Jenkins reported that the fence rows on the baseball
fields were in desperate need of attention. Clark will
request extra maintenance from Perry Franklin to clear
the fence rows. A PRAB member stated that if this
request cannot be complied with then the herbicide policy
will need to be reviewed.
