project. The Street Division did not have
time to do the project as planned. Clark will
look into the Parks buildings and grounds

OTHER COMMENTS: Recommend this park be developed to take part of
the soccer schedule. This park has a pond that needs a low fence
around so that children can't fall in --apparently, a rope is put
up daily to discourage children from going to close. Also, the
dock has a tree growing up through it and is old. This could be a
nice park if lots of work were done.
