BOARDSAILING AT LAKE FAYETTEVILLE
II. Kurt Horner asked the Board for permission to boardsail at
Lake Fayetteville. Clark reported that Horner was given
permission before on a trial basis for one year. Jim Black
said that from what he has seen, more sailers are in
the water than on their boards. This is more
dangerous this year because there are more lily pads
and moss. Horner said that skilled sailers would not
be in the water much. The main reason that they want
to use the Lake is because Beaver Lake is too far
away to drive after work in the winter. Sego
suggested the Board discuss this and decide at the
next meeting. Meanwhile, Horner and Black will
discuss the issue between them.
MOTION:RYAN/COLWELL
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 to prepare for the Gulley
Park Public meeting.

the phases later.
A: We will have more meetings and they can contact the Parks
