Mr. Paul Schallert, secretary of the chess
club, spoke on how the Chess Club meets
regularly at the University, but would like
to make it a town meeting. They have from
25 to 30 people in the club membership.
The needs are as follows:
Regular meeting place.
Needs to be at night.
Play from 7 until late night.
He suggested that a club house be built at
Wilson Park and other clubs pitch in to
help.

MOTION:
PRAB makes the recommendation to accept the
money in lieu of land dedication for the
Green Space requirement in the Hyland Park -
Phase 6 developement.
Motion passed unanimously. (4/0)

Park District: NW
Developer/Owner: HMP Development, Inc.
Location: South of Appleby Road
Single Family Units: 120 on 20462 acres
Money Dedication: $12,600
Land Dedication: 1.5 acres

PRAB makes the recommendation to put this on
hold. Until further details are
investigated. PRAB wishes to invite the
devlopers to their next PRAB meeting.
Gulley Park Follow Up.
Have the Landscape Architect to design the
places for the trash barrels, bridges,
parking lot. Clark reported that the
Winwood Baptist church has agreed for the
City to obtain an easement off of Township
Road with certain fencing stipulations.
VI. Other Business
Barry Brown: Next PRAB meeting to discuss
the, Gulley Park Asphalt Trail.
