Sweetzer is interested in possibly donating/crediting Green Space from Gulley Park to Azalea Terrace. Sweetzer Pathway... Winwood Church wants to trade property with the Parks for a park parking lot. Trade of equal value. Center of creek to east as far as needed. Church wants to trade or not at all. Develop Gulley Park Wish List. Get old appraisal of church's property when obtaining land for Township Road extension. Can a road or parking lot be on the sewer easement??
