Putt Putt Golf in Bates Park. More climbing apparatus in Bates Park (similar to Asbell Park): Need a drinking fountain at Bates Park. Need a public coin telephone. Swimming Pool in Bates Park Bates Park needs swings Need speed breakers on Farmer's Road to Finger Park - speeding problems Want concession stand in Bates Park Discussion: Bates Park would qualify for C.D. Funding. PRAB recommends to request C.D. Funds for a playground apparatus and drinking fountain at Bates Park for 1989 C.D. Funding Year.
