Advisory Board came to order at 4:00 p.m. MINUTES: Minutes of the October 6, 1986 PRAB. meeting were approved as mailed. BUSINESS: I. Dr. Ryan reviewed correspondence from Ron Bumpas,s. II. PRAB.reviewed the joint City .Board of Directors and PRAB meeting held Tuesday, October 21, 1986. It was the consensus of PRAB that a speaking time limit should beset. The next PRAB/City Board of Directors meeting is .set for February, 1987. • GREEN SPACE 1. HUDGENS ADDITION Developer: Park District: Location: Single Family Units: Green Space Land Requirement: Green Space Money in Lieu: H. H. Hudgens Southwest Smokehouse Terr. & Hoot Owl Rd. 6 .0125 x6 # 8 Acres $105 x 6 = $630 MOTION: LASHLEY/LUCAS PRAB makes' the recommendation to in lieu of a land dedication for Space requirement in the-HudgenS Motion passed unanimously. Dr. Ben Israel Northeast Highway 45 East Single Family Units: 5 Green Space Land Requirement: Green Space Money in Lieu: MOTION: LASHLEY/YORK PRAB makes the recommendation .0125 x 6 = .06 Acres $105 x 5 = $525 to accept money in lieu ot a land dedication tor the Green Space requirement in the Israel Subdivision, pending legal opinion from FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT P. 0. Motion passed unanimously. (7-0) IV. GREEN SPACE FEE ACCOUNTING MOTION: LASHLEY/LUCAS PRAB recommends that Rodney Ryan communicate as PRAB Chairman to the City Manager that PRAB needs a full accounting Of Green Space fees, which has been requested, so that PRAB can proceed with plans. Motion passed unanimously. (7-0) 1986-1987 BUDGET Connie Edmonston reviewed the 1986-1987 Budget with PRAB. Bids for restrooms will be a City Board agenda item at the November 4 meeting. VI. LEWIS AVENUE SOCCER FIELDS Dr. J. O. York reported on a meeting held on October 24 regarding the possible lease of twenty (20) acres east of Asbell School for soccer field use. Details will be worked out with Intramurals and information made available to PRAB. VII. AD HOC COMMITTEE Additional rules and/or information will be needed for inclusion with field usage and fees. Motion passed unanimously. (8-0) BRIGHAM PARK No further action until a report from Jim McCord, City Attorney, is received. XII. TURKEY TROT Turkey Trot will be held Sunday, November 16, 1986 at 2:00 p.m., starting and ending at the Lake Fayetteville Softball Complex.
