November 19, 1985
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board came to order at -5 pm.
MINUTES: Minutes of the November 4, 1985 PRAB Meeting were
approved unanimously.
York/Sego (5-0)
BUSINESS:
I. Quail Creek Addition - Green Space Park Land:
Dale Clark reported that we are waiting on a legal description
o f the Proposed Park in Quail Creek Addition. Lashley suggested
t hat the Parks Board bring in a Conceptual Plan - with the idea
o f cost - facilities - phases - by year.
II. Turkey Trot Summary:
The race was a success. There was a total of 87 runners. The
event started and finished at Lake Fayetteville's Softball Com-
plex.
III. Park Volunteer Program Summary:
Motion by Lashley/York that the Volunteer Summary be accepted
and sent on to City Board of Directors.
IV. Campground Reservation Request:
Campground Reservation Request to be tabled until next meeting.
V. Pari_ Evaluation Forms:
Comments that were made said they were both helpful & interesting.
VI. 1986 Budget:
D ue November 25, 1985, will be completed the first of the year.
D ale Clark suggested that the PRAB Finance Committee set up a
meeting some Thursday to get it together. Also need to itemize
1985 Budget. Will get Department heads to get together on 1986
Budget at 7:30 pm, Thursday at the Fayetteville Youth Center,

VII. Tennis Request:
Dale Clark, Connie Edmonston, and Alan Beauchamp will set
up an Organizational Meeting, Team Tennis and Singles Tennis
some time in February.
VIII. Lake Recreation Rules S Regulations:
They were accepted and need letters to the Department Heads
for new rules. All approved this motion.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7 pm.
NEXT PRAB MEETING: Monday, December 2, 1985 at 5pm, City Hall.
