D. Shooter agrees to install a completely automatic sprinkler
system on the"grounds surrounding the old post office building
for the sum of 35000.00, all parts and labor inclusive. Parts
shall include 1 Febco 760 Atmospheric Vacumn Breaker, 1 Rainbird
RC 7 Automatic controller, 5 Rainbird RCV 1 Remote Control valves
1250 Ft. #12 OF 2 plus Ground wire, 1700'Ft. of 1" class 200
PVC Pipe 78 Galvinized 1/2 x 18 Risers, 78 Rainbird Fan spray
shrub nazzles., 5 automatic drain valves, 5 Amtek plastic meter
boxes, approx. 200 PVC fittings and one controller pedestal.
It is understood that the Parks and Recreation Dept., Mcllroy
• Bank, 1st National Bank, Keith Cearly and Ron Bumpass are to be

included in final inspection and approval and that (barring
circumstances beyond immediate control) D. Shooter Co. will
finish by August 31, 1978.

Overages Paid by CD $ 12,446.53
It is my understanding that the Parks and Recreation Board had agreed
to jointly fund the Lake Fayetteville and Asbell projects by paying around
$12,000.00 on this project. This was never paid; therefore, I believe that
the overages paid by Community Development in the amount of $12,446.53 is
Parks and Recreation share of the Lake Fayetteville and Asbell Ballfield
project. I would appreciate a check in this amount as soon as possible so
I can balance this account. If you have any questions, please feel free
to call me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
