CLD 3USIid3SS: Holland visited Don Grimes concerning an ordinance for
developing park a23ca3 or green areas in ne': sub -divisions located with-
in the city limit::. A resolution was developed, sent to the City 3oard
of Di.roct.G':'.s and discussed at the Directors meeting on Tuesday, Sept, : 6
:.977, It was decided that the ?arks Board will have the final decision
as to whether or not the land proposed by the developers ';ill be cult-
ble for use as a park area. It was mentioned that if t1!is land was
not suitable for use by the Parks 3oard, ti.e developer mi;Tht not Lot

Two meetings will be scheduled for October instead of just one, !'hese
meetinrtt will be concerned with CD proposals for 197S' and the city
budget for 1978, dile meetings are scheduled for October 6 and October
13 at 1:30 p0m4 at the City Administration bldg.
The CD proposals to be discussed for the next rieetinr will be concerned
