The meeting was called to order by the Chairrra.n, David Lashley
i•;iss Wooten stated that the grant for the Adult Recreation Program ends a year
from July.
Mr. Lashley asked if a full time director will be needed for this prcgr2s: after
the high-rise is completed. Miss Wooten stated that Bre would be needed.
Mr. Clark said that the City Svriimning Pool is staffed and ready to open when
weather vrill permit. He also said that the recreation p:o3r1tr.s are staffed and
will begin Yonday, June 8.

listed on the recreation program, Kr. Clark stated that the children are to meet
at the City Park tennis courts when tennis is scheduled but that if thers are
enough interested persons who need transportaticn they would try to arrange :w,

The School Board vrill not approve the bid until z�.n agreement is drawn up on I;ayl,,elle
of Utilities ctte. The school will pav the utilities and maintcna.^ce, t;icn
will pay a fee based on their hours of use.
