A motion was made and seconded to �isnense with the reading of the minutes from the August meeting. (A copy of the August minutes were mailed to Board members previous to the Septem- ber-eeting.) _. Lashley introduced two items of business to be considered: A. The need for overall planning in determining needs for development of parks in the City of Fayetteville. B. The tentative budget. This budget is to be submitted to Lr. Wesley Howe, City Manager, by September 18. :.
