Brewer, M. Goff, M. Roberts and M. Lawrence. Absent was L. Gottsponer. Staff member present was L. Schaper. The meeting was called to order at 4:34 p.m. I. This meeting was called to confirm the nomination of the final two members of the FPL Foundation. II. M. Thomas said that two candidates for the FPL Foundation were being presented: Marty Woodruff and Dorothy Wood. III. After a presentation about each candidate, M. Roberts moved to appoint Marty Woodruff and Dorothy Wood to the FPL Foundation. L. Brewer seconded. All voted aye. IV. There were three items announced by L. Schaper. 1. Staff are developing a video collection development policy and would like to table the "R" video discussion until the September meeting. 2. There are revisions to the WCLS allocations analysis. 3. The contract for architecture services has been received and is at the City for review. Concern was voiced about the process and how long it might take before the contract is presented to City Council. V. M. Goff moves to adjourn, M. Roberts seconds the motion. The meeting is adjourned at 4:52.
