'1'nz Librarians report showed the circulation for Piove-moer toil:?96,an incre«se
of 570 over the preceeding; month.The circulation for November 1940" was 1708.
The Treasurer's report showed a balance in the i'irst National bank of ;;1598.0*6.
There was a discussion of wags and mems to give greater help to the library
needs of the Lincoln School and the de�rro citizens of eayetteville in rGneral,
but no action e.�as taken at this time.
