Feb. 10,1942.
The meeting opened at 7.10 P.M. with Pres. McWhorter in the chair.
Members present were: 3lossom,Meriwether,McWhorter,Richardson,
Vaughan,Vincenheller,Wertheim.
The
minutes of the
last meeting and
og the open meeting were read
and
approved.
The treasurer's report was read,accepted and ordered filed.
The librarian's report was read and accepted,ordered filed.
A letter was read from the Communith. Chest stating the amount to be
expected by the Library for 1942 ($.T447.55).
Mayor Vaughan discussed the coming Victory Book Drive,asking each
to help as he could.

Discussion followed re money in the � 1 Bank. Motion (Meri-
wether),seconded (Blossom) that this be put nto savings account.
Carried.
There followed consideration of the proposed budget for 1942. This
was read and later adopted after motion by Blossom.

the previous year.
