F.S.Root was appointed parliamentarian ;meetings of the last j 1seting were read by secretary,accepted"'aiid.'ordered filed; treaeurer's.report and a comparative financial report for the pas; two •.-ears was read by. secretary and ordered filed; the Librarian' Annual Report read;by Secretary aneepted and ordered filed; a very oo,plets report from the .Book.Committes was given by J.C.Jordan--this wss.also accepted and ordered filed* A verbal report was given by'F.S.Aogt,Chairman of Enildings and Grounds; this repor8`ahowed,good vo rk on tne-�part of the com- mittee in the providing of many'i'mprovem-epte,,filing cases,librar- . lane desk,ehelving,type*riter,and other things worth several }( hundred dollars through.the aid of N:i':A* help and donations, for about one-third of the'ir'actual values he.Ohairman announce that the next business in order was to elect three new members to the Board.
