CITIZENS' MEETING.
The annual meEting of Citizens to elect an Executive Board for
the ensuing year, and to transact any other business coming before it
was held at the Library February 6, 1933 at 7 P. M.
Mra Russum served as Chairman.
The reports of the Librarian and of the Treasurer were fead and
approved,
motion by Miss Vaulx that Board now serving be r88lected, Passed.
The members are
Messrs. Jordan, Wasson, Russum, Root, Silverman and Lewis.
Mmes::�ighton, McClelland and Vincenheller;•
Misses Vaulx and Yeater.
The meeting adjourned.
Acting Secretary.
February 6, 1933.
Immediately following the annual Citizens' meeting the newly
elected Executive Board convened.
The following officers were elected,
President, Mr. Russum,
Vice-president, Mr. Lewis.
Secretary, Mrs. McClelland.
Treasurer, Mrs. Vincenheller.
The appointment of the standing committees and the=:selection of
the Librarian were left over to the next meeting.
A budget committee consisting of Mr. Lewis, Mr. Jordan and Mrs.
Vincenheller was appointed, and agreed tobMeet at the residence of
Mrs. Vincenheller on Thursday, Feb. , 1933.
Mr. Root moved to allow Budget Committee to set amount for
magazines. Carried. As the subscriptions should be sent at once
the Committee instructed the Librarian to make out her immediate
list not to exceed $ 55.00.
The meeting adjourned.
Members present were Yeater, Vaulx, Russum, Root, Lewis, Jordan,
Rollston, Vincenheller.
