Library }bard met at 7.00 P.M. uembers present were Mr.Wasson,
Y4r.Silverman.Pr.Russum,Yir.Root„Dr.Jordan,141iss VaulxiEiss Yeater,
Miss Rollston and Mrs.NcClelland.
President Wasson called the meeting to order. Vinutes of previous
meeting were corrected and approved. The Librarian's report was given
and accepted. The Treasueer was absent and sent no report.
YRr.Russum,Chsirman of Buildings and Grounds Committee reported on
gas expenge;--�123.00 to plumber,p75.00 for a stove,the gss company ming
the installation as their contribution.
The Book Committee reported that the bound books would be shipped soon.
Letter read from Mrs.,leiroe,.l rosigning from the Board ----- resi”nation ac-
cepted with regrets. Letter read from YSrs.Abshier regretting her in-
ability to serve on the Board. Mrs.Lighton was elected to fill vacancy
caused by resignation of Drrs.Reineehl. Feeting adjourned.

Agift of books, visa received from Y.4r.Jack Fullbright given in rerory of
his wife. Lotion and made and carried that a note of thanks be written
by the Secretary.
34otion made and carried that Y'rs.Lighton be asked to direct the annual
drive for funds. Directorship accepted by Yxs.Lighton.
