President Wasson called the meeting to order. Elinutes of previous
meeting were corrected and approved. The Librarian's report was given
and accepted. The Treasueur was absent and sent no report*
rfr.Russum.Gheirman of Buildings and Grounds Cor.,mittee reported on
gas expense;-= 23.00 to plumber,;,75.00 for a stove,the gas conmany ming
the installation as their contribution.
The Book Cor:mittee reported that the bound books would be shipped soon.

cepted with regrets. Letter read from Yra.Abshier regretting her in-
ability to serve on the Board. Vrs.Lighton was elected to fill vecc.ncy
caused by resignation of Yrs,Reineehl. Yeeting adjourned,

Agift of books, vies received Prom Yr.Jeck rullbright given in merory of
his wife. Yotion and rude and carried that a note of th.snks be written
by the Secretary.
Protion made and carried that Yrs,Lighton be asked to direct the annual
drive for funds. Directorship accented by P.trs,Lighton.
