The Librrry Board meeting was called to oder by Pres. Wasson.
l4embers present were:--rir*Wasson,P.".r.Hoot,I4r.Russum,Eliss Rollston,
hrs . Vincenhel ler,l'rs .l4cC lelland
The minutes were read and approved. The Treasurer's report and the report
of the Librarian were read and accepted.
A letter was read from Pr.Dsvidson stating the reason why the rent must be
raised to ,1}30.00. Potion made and carried that rent as demanded be paid.
Mr.Russum made a partial report on the price of gas fixtures and heating.
Votion made and carried that the Buildings and Ground Committee continue
investigations in regard to the heating with gas and that they be given
power to act. Carried.
On motion by Yr.Russum,Yr Root visa added to the Band G. Committees
There being two vacancies on the Board caused by the death of 14r.Stockard
and l4r.Ball,nominations to fill the vacancies were called for. The nares
of Pr.L.Silverman and Yrs.T.I.Abshier were given . They were elcted to
membership and the secretary asked to notify them.
