The library Board meeting was called to order by President Wasson,
The minutes were read and approved. The treasurer's report was read,
accepted and filed. The Librarian's report was also given and accepted.
Mr.Russum reported on the fire insurance stating that an adjustment of ?;19.00
had to be made making a total of '?69.00 charges but giving the Library
?559000 protection.
Vesting was then adjourned.
June 3 1930
The Library Board met June 3. The meeting was called to order by
President Wasson. The minutes were read and ap p o ved. The treasurer gave
her report in part but asked for time for the preparation of a full report.
The Librarian's report given and accepted.
.The Librarian asked permission of the Board to refuse books to anyone
having unpaid fines. Granted. She also asked for funds for binding.
VIr.Root moved that the Book Committee be allowed 50.00 for binding.
