The Library Board meeting was called to order by President Wasson.
The minutes were read and approved. The treasurer's report was read,
'1 accepted and filed. The Librarian's report was also given and accepted*
rr.Russum reported on the fire insurance stating that en adjustment of j19.00
had to be made tusking a total of p69.00 charges but givirg the Library
.15,000 protection.
Iteeting was then adjourned.
June 3 1930
The Library Board met June 3. The meeting was called to order by
President Flasson. The minutes were read and spproved. The treasurer gave
her report in part but asked for time for the preparation of a full report.
The Librarian's report given and accepted.
The Librarian asked permission of the Board to refuse books to anyone
having unpaid fines. Granted. She also asked for funds for binding.
LTr.R00t moved that the Book Committee be allowed A50.00 Por binding.
Yotion rade that Virs.Vincenheller be added to the Book Committee. Carried.
Yotion made to allow :fi100.for binding. Carried.
Motion node to allow Book CorvT:ittee j100.00--- 50.00 for Children's books
and '50.00 for books for adults. Carried.
