Feb.3 1930
Library Board met in regular meeting Feb.3 at the Library. Those present were
Mr.Wasson, Dr.Jordan,llr&Russum,Mr9.Vincenheller, Miss Vaulx,Miss Yeater,Miss Roll-
ston,Mrs.McClellsnd.
Treasurer's report given and accepted.
Motion made and passed that 75 dollars be spent for books. The report of the
Librarian read and approved. The question of fire insurance was discussed
with the decision that if possible some insurance be carried. A committee
was appointed with power to aot,to look after the insurance* the committee
consisting of Mr.Russmn,Miss Yeater and Mra.Vincenheller.
The housing problem was discussed but no action taken. Drive for funds was
discussed and a committee ap;ointed to confer with l'rs.Lighton in regard to
leadership in the drive. This committee was Mrs.Vincenheller and Yr.Wasson.
Mise Rollston asked permission of
the Board
to buy a
vacuum cleaner with funds
collected from fines. Approved.

Voiss Yeater, raise Vaulx,Tirs.Vincenheller,Elrs.Reinoeho,L4rselioClelland,L9essrs.
Russum,Wasson and Jordan.
Treasurer's report given and approved. Librarian's report given and approved.
Mrs.Lighton gave
a report on
the
Drive for funds* notion made and carried
to give Mrs.Lighton
a rising
vote
of thanks. Motion to adjourn. Carried.
