The Library hoard met in regular session at the Libraryp Dr.Jordan
presiding#the President being absent.
The Secretary was absent so there were no minutes of the June meeting.
(ro June meeting was held ---- rrs.O.K.itc Sec.) 1.Sra.Vincenheller was ap-
pointee to take notesof the meeting. It was agreed that Dr.Jordan should
act as President until the next regular election.
The reports of the Librarian and of the Treasurer were read and approved.
An appropriation of $75.00 was made for binding magazines. The meeting
then adjourned.
