Report read by Hr.Russum and accepted.
Yr.F.amilton reported an investigation made in regard to getting out
letters of information to the subscribers of the past year. Plans
were not completed so the matter was left to a committee composed of
Mr.Hamilton.Dr.Jordan and rise vaula.
Finance chairman reported $252.56 as balance with $40.00 yet to come in.
Discussion followed as to time and date of annualymeetinge moved that
this be held Friday evening.Jan.13.7.30 P.I.T. at Library rooms. Carried.
