%a L}brary Board met Apr.3 at 7:00 ?x. with three members absent;
Gregsdn.Robertson and Edea Bogge.
1?inutes were read and approved. Reports were called for, from
Committee chairmen. Hiss Paulz named rise Galloway and piss Rollaton
as members of Book Committea. Vr.Ruesum made a splendid report of
work accomplished with recommendations for further work. potion made
to accept these recommendations. Carried* rembers of Buildings and
Ground Committee with Vr.Russum were Mae Lucy Boggs and Earl Byrd.
Publicity Chairman had no report but asked for suggest ions#other nembers
appointed on committee being Iirs.C.I'.Reinohl and 171ss Peggy Lighton.
Finance chairman absent and no report on membership. �

Notion made and carried that bills be paid*
Vies Rollston gave a splendid report as Librarian.this report to be kept l
on file.
Following this report.a discussion arose as to a Library Corner in our
local newspaper. The Publicity Committee was asked to look into this,
and if space could be secureci.to use items from reports as news -stories
for this Cormer. �` c
