The Library Board met Ych.18 1927 at the 1,ibrary building on East Street.

resignation of B.D.Crane. 1^.otion carriedo
notion made to have secretary cast unanimous vote for 1.Tisa Rollston
as Librarian. Votion carried.
17iss ,Rollston made a report including a report on the roving of the
library from Courthouse to present home. Viss Rollston asked that
lrs.Shultz a girl who had been helping around the library free of
charge be allowed pay for work done during the moving of the library#
five hours per day for ten days. A motion was rade to send rra.Shultz
'x`20.00 and a vote of thanks* lotion carried.
1'"iss Rollston requested that woven wire be placed across the rear of
grounds to keep dogs out. Request granted.
Notion made to have four standing committeeac Book,Building and Grounds.
Finance and publicity. These to consist of three members each. The
Chair man of each to be named by the Chairman of the Board. Each
chairman with the approval of the President to choose his own committees
at least one to be from the Board,the third who may or not be from the
