The Board of Commissioners of the Fayetteville Housing Authority
will hold its regular monthly meeting Wednesday, September 28, 1988
at 8:30 a.m. at the Office of the Authority.

4 Presentation of Final Plans & Specs of Drainage Improvement
for Willow Heights and Morgan Manor by Mr. Jerry Martin of

5 Resolution Authorizing the write-off of certain non -expendable
equipment, lost, destroyed or junked.
6 Resolution to charge-off Delinquent Accounts of former tenants
for period 4/1/88 - 9/30/88.

BECAUSE THE ONLY THINGS ON THE AGENDA FOR THE REGULAR AUGUST BOARD MEETING
IS THE MINUTES & FINANCIAL STATEMENT - IT HAS BEEN DECIDED TO POSTPOND THESE
• 2 ITEMS TILL THE SEPTEMBER MEETING. SO A AUGUST BOARD MEETING WILL NOT BE HELD.
THE MEETING FOR SEPTEMBER WILL BE HELD ON SEPT 28TH (FOURTH WEDENSDAY). WE HAVE
A LOT OF THE USUAL "END OF FISCAL YEAR" TYPE REGULAR RESOLUTIONS TO ACT ON AND
THIS LATER DATE WOULD BE BETTER FOR THE OFFICE STAFF.
ALSO'. THERE IS A ARK/NAHRO FALL MEETING SEPT.13-15 IN EUREKA SPRINGS, AR WHICH
THIS AGENCY IS THE CO -HOST. ENCLOSED FOR YOUR INFORMATION IS A PROGRAM MAIL OUT
WE SENT OUT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING ALL OR A
PART OF IT AND I WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU'
