TO: BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
FROM: BROMO
We have been advised by Department of HUD that they are
having a delay in approving Rousing Budgets for the state
for period beginning 10/1/85, Because of this delay, which
affects the Annual Salary Increases the Board considers this
time of the year, we need to postpone the regular Board meeting
scheduled for Wedneday Oct 16th to a later date -probably
the 23rd or 30th. I will inform you in plenty of time,
