WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undresigned, do hereby accept notice of the SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular meeting place at
8:30 o'clock p.m., on the 28th of November, 1979 for the following purposes:

2. Minutes - Regular Meeting, September 19, 1979
3. September Financial Statement
4. Minutes - Special Meeting, September 21, 1979
5. Minutes - Regular Meeting, October 17, 1979
6. October Financial Statement
7. Discussion of Annual Salary Increases
