NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas will
hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, July 12, 1978, in the City
Administration Board Room. This meeting will be held following
a Public Hearing regarding amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for
the Center Square, which begins at 7:30 p.m.

2. Resolution of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville
Approving Amendment Number Two to the Urban Renewal Plan for the
Center Square Urban Renewal Project, Ark. R-105

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet in the City Administration Board
Room on the 12th day of July, 1978, following the Public Hearing
regarding amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for the Center Square,
which begins at 7:30 p.m. This Special Meeting will be held for the
following purposes:
