TO: BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The enclosed resolution is to be added to the agenda for the regular
monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 1978. The notice from
HUD recommending this change in income limits was received after the
packets for the board meeting were mailed, but should be adopted at
the February meeting.
