The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,

2. Adopt Resolution Providing Assurances Pursuant
To Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970.
3. Ammend Resolution #59, Section 2, Approving Part 1
Loan and Grant Application for Project ARK R-105.
4. Consider Ammending Resolution #39, Authorizing and
Directing Submission of Application for a Low -Rent
Housing Program.
