The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met In Regular Session at 6:00 p.m.,
Thursday, October 20, 2014, in the Gty Administration Building Roomill ll.
Mike Emery, Chalrperson, called the meeting to order at approximately 6A0 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Mike Emery, Urma Unruh, and Leon Jones, Jr.
Commissioners Absent: Owls Terry and Matthew Ube
Others present: Fredia Sawln and DenleceSmiley (Fayetteville Housing Authority).
New Business:
A. Approval of Minutes of the Previous Regular Board Meeting — No rorrectlons
Or changes were made to the Weber 23, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes —
The Board approved unanimously.
B. Approval of October Financial Statements— October 2D34 Financial Statements
were reviewed and The Board approved unanimously.
C. Approval of Resolution 41003— Authorizing The Submission of Section
Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) Certification for Fiscal Year 09/30/14.
Leon Jones, Jr. made the motion to accept Resolution 41003 and Urma Unruh
seconded It.
D. Executive 0lrectors Report—Denlece Smiley reviewed her written report.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Regular
Board Meeting on December 18, 2014.
