THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 6:00pm, Thursday, April 24, 2014, in the City Administration
Building Room #111.
Matthew Cabe, Chairperson called the meeting to order at approximately
6:00pm.
Commissioners present: Matthew Cabe, Mike Emery, Chris Terry, and
Carma Unruh.
Commissioners absent: Leon Jones, Jr.
Others present:. Fredia.Sawin (Fayetteville Housing Authority) and Steve
Clark of S E. Clark& Associates..
Old Business:
A. Approval of Resolution No. 983 — Authorizing Payment to S.E. Clark
& Associates for draw #18 — Invoice #1323 in the Amount of $10, 000
For Direct Cost in Connection with Predevelopment Cost for Lewis Plaza
— Steve Clark stated this invoice was payable under the contract and
stated that he would have his attorney contract the board regarding
payment of such. The board stated that they would review the records
submitted and make decision regarding payment.
New Business:
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Board Meeting — No
Corrections or Changes were made to the March 27, 2014 Regular
Meeting Minutes — the Board approved unanimously.
B. Approval of.March 2014 Financial Statements - March 214 Financial
Statements were reviewed and The Board approved unanimously, .
C. S. E. Clark & Associates — Representative — To Discuss and Explain
Draw # 18 — Invoice # 1323 in the Amount of $10, 000. This item was
discussed earlier in the old business segment of the meeting.
D. Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director Evaluation — The
Board will review submitted evaluation forms for both the Executive
Director and Deputy Executive Director and provide evaluation at
next meeting. The Board instructed the Executive Director to conduct
the Evaluation for the Deputy Executive Director with comments
from them.
E. Executive Directors Report — Fredia Sawin reviewed her written
report.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until the next
Scheduled Regular Board Meeting on May 22, 2014.
