THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas in Regular
Session at 6:00 pm, Thursday, March 27, 2014, in the City Administration
Building Room #I 11.
Matthew Cabe, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at approximately
6:00pm.
Commissioners present: Matthew Cabe, Leon Jones, Jr., Chris Terry, and
Carma Unruh.
Commissioners absent: Mike Emery
Others present Fredia S_awm and Demece'Smiley (Fayetteville Housing
Authority), Keith Chase with Siemens, and John Colemari'with'
Viridian/Entegrity,,, ;
Old Business:
A. Selection of EPC Consultant- For Public Housing Energy
Performance Contract. Brief discussion was conducted by
The Board and then Leon Jones, Jr. made a motion to select
Siemens as the consultant and Chris Terry seconded.
New Business:
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Board Meeting- No
corrections or changes were made to the February 27, 2014 Regular
Meeting Minutes — the Board approved unanimously.
B. Approval of February 2014 Financial Statements — February 2014
Financial Statements were reviewed and The Board approved

�- $10,000 for Direct Cost in Connection with Predevelopment Cost for
Lewis Plaza. - After discussion Leon Jones, Jr. made a motion to
table the vote until Steve Clark could attend a meeting and provide
detail regarding the invoice. Matthew Cabe seconded the motion.
D. Approval of Resolution # 984 - Authorizing Execution, Recordation
And Delivery of Declaration of Trust - Leon Jones, Jr. made a
motion to adopt the Resolution #984 and Chris Terry seconded.
E. Approval of Resolution # 985 - Approving Temporary Addition of
A Local Preference to The Administrative Plan of The Fayetteville
Housing Authority - Leon Moore, Jr. made the motion to adopt
Resolution # 985 and Chris Terry seconded.
F. Executive Directors Report - Fredia Sawin reviewed her written
report.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until the next
Scheduled Regular Board Meeting on April 24, 2014.
