THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Regular Session at 6:00pm, Thursday, February 27, 2014, in the
City Administration Building Room #111.
Matthew Cabe, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at
approximately 6:00pm.
Commissioners present: Matthew Cabe, Mike Emery, Chris Terry,
and Carma Unruh.
Commissioners absent: Leon Jones, Jr.
Others present: Fredia Sawin (Fayetteville Housing Authority),
Keith Chase and David Jurgens with Siemens, and Bob Guthrie,
John Coleman, Matt Bell, and Michael Parker with Entegrity.
Old Business:
A. Review and Presentation of EPC Proposals. Both firms
were afforded an opportunity to respond to Q & As from the
board.
B. Selection of EPC Consultant — For Public Housing Energy
Performance Contract, Chris Terry made a motion to table
the selection of EPC Consultant to the next regularly
scheduled board meeting.
New Business:
A. Approval of Minutes of the Previous Meeting — No

Corrections or Changes were made to the January 23, 2014
Regular Meeting Minutes — the Board approved
unanimously.
B. Approval of January 2014 Financial Statements — January
2014 Financial Statements were reviewed and the Board
approved unanimously.
C. Approval of Resolution # 980 — To Void Checks from
Fayetteville Housing Authority Funds Outstanding over Six
Months from Date of Issuance. Mike Emery made the
motion to accept Resolution # 980 and Chris Terry
seconded.
D. Approval of Resolution #981 — To Charge Off Delinquent
Accounts of Former Tenants for Period 10/1/13 to 1/31/14.
Chris Terry made the motion to accept Resolution # 981
and Mike Emery seconded.
E. Approval of Resolution #982 — Authorizing the Charge Off
of Certain Non -Expendable Equipment that was junked.
Chris Terry made the motion to accept Resolution # 982
and Mike Emery seconded.
F. Executive Directors Report — Fredia Sawin reviewed her
written report.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until
the next Scheduled Regular Board Meeting on March 28, 2014.
