HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session at
6:00p.m., March 28, 2013, in the City Administration Building, Room #111,
Fayetteville, AR.
Matthew Cabe, Chairperson called the meeting to order at approximately 6:08pm.
Commissioners Present: Matthew Cabe, Mike Emery, and Jon Edwards
Commissioners Absent: Leon Jones, Jr.
Others Present: Fredia Sawin, and Deniece Smiley (Fayetteville
Housing Authority)
New Business
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Board Meeting- No corrections or
Changes to the February 28, 2013 Regular Meeting Minutes and the board
approved unanimously.
B. Approval of February 2013 Financial Statements — February 2013 Financial
Statements were reviewed and there being no questions the board approved
unanimously.
C. Update on Lewis Plaza Redevelopments Project- Steve.Clark & Associates.
No additional information was provided. This subject will be retained on agenda
of future meetings.
D. Executive Director Report — Ms. Sawin reviewed her written report.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Regular
Board Meeting on April 25, 2013 at 6:00p,.m.
