AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Special Session at
1:00 p.m., September 14, 2012 in the City Administration Building, Room 111,
Fayetteville, AR.
Commissioners Present: Leon Jones, Jr., Olivia Hom, and Hugh Earnest
Commissioners Absent: Jon Edwards and Matthew Cabe
Others Present: Fredia Sawin (Fayetteville Housing Authority),
Steve Clark, Steve Craig, and Steve Ficklin
(S. E. Clark & Associates), and David Conyers
(Guest Reddick)
Leon Jones, Jr., Chairman called the meeting to order at approximately 1:00
p.m.
A. Meeting was held for best use of Lewis Plaza property with the
topography issues and ADFA minimum design qualifications.
Discussion was made and questions asked by board members. Mr.
Clark present two plans and Mr. Earnest motioned to accept Plan Alb,
seconded by Ms. Horn and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Regular
Meeting, September 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
