AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Special Session at
12:00 p.m., August 3, 2012 at the Fayetteville Housing Authority Office, #1 North
School Ave., Fayetteville, AR.
Commissioners Present: Leon Jones, Jr., Olivia Horn, Hugh Earnest,
Matthew Cabe and Jon Edwards
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Fredia Sawin (Fayetteville Housing Authority)
I. Leon Jones, Jr., Chairman called the meeting to order at approximately 12:00
p.m.
A. Approval of Resolution No. 936 -Authorizing the Award of Contract
for Capital Funds Program Work for 2012 AR37P097501-12-Mr.
Edwards motioned to accept Resolution No. 936, seconded by Mr.
Earnest and carried unanimously.
B. Special meeting to be scheduled for Thursday, August 16, 2012 at
11:30 a.m. to meet with Bruce Johanson to discuss the process for
hiring the Executive Deputy Director. This meeting will be conducted
at the Fayetteville Housing Authority office.
There being
no further
business,
meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Special
Meeting on
August 16,
2012 at 11:30
a.m.
