THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
The Fayetteville Housing Authority board, met in Special Session at 6:p.m., Thursday,
October 1 st, 2009 at 113 W. Mountain St. Room #326 of the City of Fayetteville
Administration Building, Fayeteville, AR.
Olivia Horn, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at approximately 6:OOp.m.
Board Members Present: Olivia Horn, Hugh Earnest, Mark Kinion and
Fredia Sawin
Board Members Absent: Leon Jones
Others Present: Fayetteville Government Channel
The Fayetteville Housing Authority's Executive Director, Fredia Sawin, dicussed
Resolution #854 authorizing the Executive Director, Fredia Sawin, to contract
with R. J. Stidham and Associates to provide project management services
regarding the implementation of the Fayetteville Housing Authority CFRC
Grant, and to assist the Fayetteville Housing Authority in complying with the
assurances and certifications outlined in the original CFRC Proposal.
Motion was made by Mark Kinion to accept Resoultion #854, seconded by
Hugh Earnest and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
