HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Special Session at
7:30 a.m., June 20, 2008 at Ricks Bakery, 1220 N. College Ave., Fayetteville, AR.
Hugh Earnest, Vice -Chairperson called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m.
Commissioners Present: Hugh Earnest, Deborah Olsen and Leon Jones, Jr.
Commissioners Absent: Olivia Hom and Mark Kinion
Others Present: Fredia Sawin (Fayetteville Housing Authority)
Discussion was made concerning the five proposals received by the Housing Authority in
response to the RFQ for Development Services. Each company was evaluated and
reviewed by the board. Mr. Jones motioned to accept R.J. Stidham & Associates'
proposal, seconded by Ms. Olsen and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
