AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Special Session at
5:30 p.m., September 28, 2006 in the City Administration Building, Room 111,
Fayetteville, AR.
Betty Turner, Vice Chairperson called the meeting to order at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Betty Turner, Deborah Olsen and Janet Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Richard Royal
Others Present: Fredia Sawin and Laura Higgins (Fay. Housing Auth.)
H. Executive Director's Annual Evaluation -Job Function Determination -Motion
was made by Ms. Richardson to go into Executive Session, seconded by Ms.
Olsen and carried unanimously. Following the Executive Session, the board
reconvened and Ms. Richardson motioned to grant a cost of living raise
(3.7%) to Ms. Sawin's annual salary effective October 1, 2006, seconded by
Ms. Olsen and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
