MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville.
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 a.m.. Wednesday
January 16th. 2002 in the office of the Authority #1
North School Ave., Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson. Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Childress, Garton
Clinehens
Commissioners Absent: Watson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson & Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the December 19th, 2001 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson answered questions on the expenditures and
budget items on the financial statement. Also discussed.
were the REAC scores for Public Housing. Morgan Manor
received a score of 81 compared to last years score of
83. Hillcrest Towers, Willow & Lewis received a. score
of 90 compared to last years score of 72.
Janet Richardson was re-elected as chairperson to
serve a one year term which will end January, 2003.
Gary Garton was elected as vice chairperson to serve
a one year term which will end January, 2003.
Ms. Childress asked if the Public Housing apartments
were rented back to full capacity. Mr. Wilson commented
that we are 88 percent filled but still have a large turn over.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
