OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
May 15th, 2001 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Childress, Watson
Commissioners Absent: Duggan, Clinehens
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the April 17, 2001 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson presented a probable time schedule for the
current comp grant funds from Bid openings in June to
meeting and contracts and then the starting of window
installation sometime in September. 2001.
Ms. Watson updated the Board on the retirement plaque for
Betty Turner, Adult Center Director. There is no definite
date on when Betty is leaving but Pat has picked out a
nice crystal plaque and will order it when she knows the
specific date.
Ms. Richardson asked that Mr. Wilson adcl to the agenda
for June's Board meeting to discuss possibly changing
the day for the Board to meet from Tuesday to Wednesday.
Ms. Childress has a conflicting schedule with the Tuesday
meeting day and inquired as to if it can be changed.
There being no further business. the meeting was adjourned.
